Cleveland Heights High School senior Kellen Lowrie to dedicate solo to late harp teacher Jocelyn Chang Kellen Lowrie, a senior at Cleveland Heights High School, has been playing the harp since age 6, when she started taking lessons from Jocelyn Chang. Lowrie, 18, will dedicate her performance to Chang when she is the featured soloist at Heights High's winter instrumental music department concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday in the auditorium of the high school, 13263 Cedar Road, Cleveland Heights.
